Returns and Refunds
We appreciate it is difficult to shop online to get a full idea of the item(s). Please feel free to ask any questions/request specific images before you buy if there is anything you are unsure about. We will be delighted to help!
RETURNS (change of mind)
If you have received an item and it's not quite right for you, we are happy to accept unused items in the original packaging returned within 30 calendar days of receipt.

Please obtain a proof of postage. Note that the postage fees for returns are your responsibility unless the item is damaged and you have contacted us in advance of this.
Refunds will be made via the original payment method within 3 working days of receipt.
RETURNS (damaged items)
Should your item arrived damaged in any way please photograph damage on the item(s) and any damage to the packaging and send these images to: firstname.lastname@example.org
We will get back in touch to arrange with you details for returning the item to us for a full refund.
