This is quality vintage chainette acetate fringing that was manufactured in now ceased textile factories & mills of Derbyshire/Nottinghamshire. 
It was specifically made for lampshade makers though can be used for other soft furnishings, clothing, crafts … and makes a gorgeous garland too!
