This is quality vintage silky chainette acetate fringing that was manufactured in now ceased textile factories & mills of Derbyshire/Nottinghamshire. 
It was specifically made for lampshade makers though can be used for other soft furnishings, clothing and crafts.
It is a an antique ivory colour with satin braid header in dusky pink and pastel green
5cm high including header.
Note that any creasing can be easily ironed out, hair irons on a low setting work well.
