This is a large UK made, unusual wire frame for making a pleated/gathered soft bodied lampshade.

this has a standard UKBC 29 mm fitting and is suitable for use as a ceiling pendant
Note that this is a vintage but unused frame and has been stored for awhile so has some grey scuff marks and may benefit from a light re-spray
