This is a vintage chainette acetate fringing in a good range of colours at a clearance price (when it's gone it's gone!)
It was specifically made for lampshade makers though can be used for other soft furnishings, clothing, crafts.
5cm high including a built in header braid.
Sold in 1m lengths with discounts applicable for larger quantities. 
Continuous length for purchases of more than 1m.
Note that some of the tassels on a may be a little creased from storage but they are easily smoothed out with an iron/hair irons.
