This is an ‘extreme’ tapered empire style lampshade made in my South Derbyshire studio using an iconic ‘Clouds’ linen fabric designed by Duncan Grant c.1930’s.
It is lined in natural linen textured fabric laminated to flame retardant PVC.
The shade measures:
30cm base diameter, 8cm top and 17cm slope.
Will fit UK BC of EU lamp holders (with removable washer). it has a reversible gimble so can also be used for a ceiling pendant.
A low energy light bulb is recommended (40watts or less)
