This is a beautiful handmade country house style lampshade in rare Bruschwig & Fils vintage fabric (used railroad/horizontally around the lampshade rather than vertical stripes).
The lampshade is constructed using traditional stretching and sewing techniques with the fabric handsewn to the frame and lined in moss green faux silk dupion.
The lampshade fabrics are treated with a flame proof solut
The lampshade is hand-finished with quality vintage trimmings to pick out the colours of the design.
The shade is 17” diameter at the base and 11” slope height and would be suitable for a standard lamp or ceiling pendant (please advise if to be used as a ceiling pendant so I can include the appropriate adapter).
